  1. Accommodation for guests at our establishment (hereinafter referred to as the ‘hotel’) is provided on the basis of an accommodation contract concluded in accordance with the provisions of Section 2326 et seq. of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, under which the hotel provides the guest with temporary accommodation for an agreed period and the guest (hereinafter also referred to as the ‘guest’) undertakes to pay the hotel for accommodation and related services within the time limit specified in these accommodation rules or the accommodation contract.
  2. The accommodation contract is always concluded in writing. To satisfy the formal requirement, it is sufficient to provide at least a written or email confirmation of the booking or to complete a registration form.
  3. The rights and obligations of the contracting parties not expressly governed by the accommodation contract are governed by these accommodation rules and the hotel’s price list.

If the accommodation contract stipulates anything different from these accommodation rules and/or the accommodation provider’s price list, the accommodation contract shall prevail.

  1. The hotel guarantees all guests the provision of high-quality services commensurate with the hotel’s category.
  2. Upon arrival at the hotel, the guest is obliged to present a valid identity document – an identity card or passport. Upon presentation of this and completion of the registration form, the guest is registered and accommodated.
  3. Upon check-in, the guest will be given a room key. The guest is obliged to ensure that the key is not lost, destroyed or damaged; when leaving the hotel, they should leave the key at reception. In the event of the key being lost, the hotel is entitled to claim compensation to cover the cost of replacing the door lock.
  4. The number of people in a room must correspond to the number of people registered for accommodation. The guest undertakes to state the exact number upon check-in. Guests must not allow any other person to use the accommodation without the hotel’s consent. The guest hereby grants the accommodation provider consent to process and store their personal data, to the extent of the data provided, for the purpose of providing accommodation and keeping a register of guests in accordance with Act No. 565/1990 Coll., on local charges and Act No. 326/1999 Coll., on the residence of foreign nationals in the territory of the Czech Republic and on amendments to certain acts. Further obligations of the guest and the accommodation provider regarding the keeping of the register or guest book are set out in the aforementioned legal regulations.
  5. The hotel is entitled to use the guest’s personal data (in particular their address, email address and telephone number) for commercial and marketing communications regarding upcoming events, discounts, etc. Should the guest object, such communications will not be sent. 9. Upon arrival at the hotel and when services are provided, the hotel guest must identify themselves by their name and room number.

10. In exceptional circumstances (e.g. due to a fault in the room, late arrival, etc.), the hotel may offer accommodation other than that originally agreed, provided that it does not differ substantially from the confirmed booking. Alternative accommodation is understood to mean a room of a different category, as well as adequate substitute accommodation in another establishment.

  1. Upon arrival at the hotel, the guest is obliged to inform reception of any health issues they may have (disability, visual or hearing impairment, etc.). This information may help to ensure that medical assistance is provided if necessary, or facilitate the evacuation of guests in the event of a fire or other serious emergencies.
  2. Persons suffering from infectious diseases are prohibited from using the hotel’s facilities.
  3. Should a guest wish to extend their stay and their room has already been booked for another guest, the hotel is not obliged to automatically extend their stay. If another room is available, the hotel may offer it to the guest.
  4. If a guest requests check-in earlier than the usual check-in time – from 2.00 pm – the hotel may add a charge to their bill for the preceding night as well. The hotel must inform the guest of this fact before providing the service.
  5. Safety deposit boxes are available in the guest rooms. Guests may use the safe at the hotel reception or in their rooms to store valuables. The hotel accepts no liability for valuables which the guest has not placed in the safe at reception or in their room.
  6. The room is equipped with all the facilities appropriate to the hotel’s category. We ask guests not to move the fixtures and fittings in the room or make any substantial alterations to the room. The hotel may claim compensation from the guest for any damage caused by such handling.
  7. For safety reasons, guests may only use electrical appliances in the room for personal hygiene purposes (e.g. electric razors, toothbrushes, etc.). Guests may also use low-power electrical appliances for personal use, such as laptops, chargers for cameras and video cameras, mobile phones, etc. It is forbidden to use electric kettles, various water heaters, irons, etc., except for those provided in the room or loaned to the guest. It is forbidden to tamper with the electrical circuit in any way.
  8. For safety reasons, it is not advisable to leave children under the age of 12 unattended by an adult in the room or on the hotel premises. Parents or accompanying adults bear full responsibility for any damage caused by children in the hotel and its surroundings.
  9. Dogs and other animals may only be accommodated with the hotel’s consent and provided that the guest can produce a certificate confirming that the animal is in good health. Guests bear full responsibility for their pet’s behaviour within the hotel and are obliged to compensate for any damage caused by the pet on the hotel premises. The charge for accommodating a pet is calculated in accordance with the hotel’s current price list. In the event of noise or damage, the hotel reserves the right to terminate the booking immediately and without compensation. Termination of the booking does not affect the obligation to pay for nights already stayed.
  10. Guests are liable for any damage caused to the hotel’s property in accordance with the applicable laws of the Czech Republic, in particular the Civil Code 89/2012 Coll.
  11. Guests are entitled to connect their electronic devices to the hotel network via cable or Wi-Fi, both in their rooms and in the hotel’s communal areas. Guests must not use the hotel’s internet connection for illegal activities and must not tamper with or otherwise alter the security measures of the hotel network. The hotel network is protected by its own firewall and isolated by a virtual local area network (VLAN); however, the hotel accepts no liability for any damage caused to a guest’s computer. The hotel recommends using your own firewall when accessing the internet.
  12. Quiet hours are in force in the hotel and its surroundings from 10.00 pm to 7.00 am. We ask guests to respect this.
  13. When leaving the room, guests are required to close the windows or balcony doors, turn off the taps and lock the front door. If the doors and windows are not properly secured, the hotel accepts no liability for the safety of guests’ personal belongings left in the room.
  14. Upon departure from the hotel, guests are required to hand in their room keys to the hotel reception.
  15. Guests may only receive visitors in their room with the receptionist’s knowledge. Every visitor must be recorded in the visitors’ book.
  16. Breakfast is served to hotel guests in the hotel restaurant between 7.00 am and 10.00 am.
  17. On the day of arrival, the hotel room is available to the guest from 14.00. On the day of departure, the guest is required to vacate the room by 11.00 at the latest. A later check-out may be authorised by a receptionist; a request must be made at least one day in advance. A fee is charged for this service.

28. Guests are required to pay for accommodation and services provided in accordance with the price agreed in advance or, where applicable, the hotel’s current price lists. Price lists for accommodation and individual services are available at reception.

  1. The hotel generally requires guests to pay in advance or provide a deposit to cover the cost of accommodation, or to authorise a credit card. Guests must pay for any additional services used (telephone, parking, etc.) immediately; at the latest, however, upon checking out.
  2. For stays longer than 7 days, the hotel will issue invoices for periods of 7 days.

Invoices are payable upon presentation, unless otherwise agreed.

  1. A guest may terminate the accommodation contract before the end of the agreed period. The hotel reserves the right to charge cancellation fees equivalent to the full cost of the stay, or in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy, to cover any losses incurred by the hotel as a result of the guest’s early departure. The cancellation policy applies not only to accommodation services but to all services booked.
  2. For security reasons, the hotel’s communal areas may be monitored by CCTV. In accordance with a decision by the Office for Personal Data Protection, CCTV recordings are retained for a maximum of 3 days.
  3. Vehicles may be parked in designated spaces for a fee; the parking charge is listed in the price list available at reception. By providing a parking space, the hotel accepts no liability for any damage caused to the vehicle.
  4. Guests are obliged to familiarise themselves with and comply with the accommodation rules, to use the hotel premises properly, to maintain cleanliness and order, and to protect the furnishings and facilities from damage; to report any damage caused without delay; and, between 10.00 pm and 7.00 am, to behave in such a way as not to disturb others with excessive noise.
  5. The guest is obliged to comply with all provisions of the ‘Accommodation Rules’, as well as the hotel’s safety and fire regulations. Should the guest breach these provisions, or, despite a warning, grossly breach public decency or otherwise fail to fulfil their obligations or exceed their rights, the hotel is entitled to terminate the accommodation contract with the guest before the agreed period has elapsed. The guest is obliged to pay for any damage caused in full.

36. The guest must not, without the hotel’s consent:

make substantial alterations to the accommodation premises (move furniture, etc.), remove any equipment or fittings from the accommodation premises, or take food or meals out of the breakfast restaurant; smoke within the hotel building; (this does not apply to areas designated for smoking and clearly marked with the relevant symbol) and use open flames, carry a weapon, ammunition and explosives, or otherwise store them in a condition permitting their immediate use; to possess, manufacture or store narcotic or psychotropic substances or poisons, unless these are medicinal products prescribed to the guest by a doctor.

  1. The hotel, as the seller, in accordance with Section Section 14 of Act No. 634/1992 Coll. on Consumer Protection, hereby informs consumers of the possibility of resolving disputes arising from contracts concluded with the seller through a body for the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes, namely the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz), with its registered office at Štěpánská 567/15, Prague 2, postcode 120 00.
  2. Complaints and suggestions for improving the hotel’s operations are received by the hotel management. These ‘Accommodation Rules’ come into force on 25 July 2025.
